Plane
In the airborne experiment we were using two planes of type DORNIER 228-202K (there are only about 250 DORNIER 228-212 planes in the world), which are operated by Lufttransport AS.
Usually these planes are used for transportation of people and goods to Ny-Alesund and Svea, but this time they were used for AIRSPEX-2004 campaign. During the first flight, when we were using spectral imager, the ordinary door to the plane were replaced by the sliding door, which were opened over the sites for taking the data.
