Unsere Freunde haben uns schon lange gefragt, "wann wird denn endlich das Dach von Eurem Sommerhaus fertig?". Hier ist die Antwort (die Bilder wurden am Wochenende 19./20. Juni 1999 aufgenommen).

Ende gut, alles gut: am 3. Juni 2000 ist das Dach endlich auch auf der anderen Seite fertiggeworden:

Our neighbors now refer to the house as 'the pancake house' (like in the Grimms' fairy tale about Hans and Grete). It looks nice, this is for sure!

Unter dem dänischen Schindeldach wird auch gut gegessen, wie die beiden folgenden Bilder beweisen:
