Klassisk dramaturgi for berettermodellen [Larsen, 1990]
- The story follows a timeline
- The end is the the goal (purpose, message)
- 'Actors'* in the story: Hero, villain, helper etc.
- The actors are actually being the charcters portrayed
- Causal relationship between scenes in the story
- Specific elements in the story: Impact, Presentation, Deepening, p.o.n.r.,
Conflict escalation, Climax and Outphasing.
- Little divergens on the level of the action and story
- Viewers have to agree on the premisses of the story (no or vey little interpretation)
- Viewers becomes a part of the story
*The actors is not necessarily humans but can be.
Circular models

Bølgemodellen [Larsen, 1990]
- Every scene is telling its own story-> vague or no connection between
the scenes (every single scene can be final)
- The narrative itself (the proces) is the goal
- No ordinay actors
- No ordinary characters; actors representing different opponions (reflections).
- Convergens between the level of action and story (e.g. characters can comment
on their own roles in the play)
- Viewers have to relate to different premisses (open for interpretation)
- Viewers is not a part of the story
