My general research interest is the processes involved in design and use of information systems in organizations.

Currently I am engaged in the HIT research program researching it support for communication and coordination in healthcare.

I participated in the MUST research program focusing on developing an approach to design in an organizational context, and in the DIWA research program studying issues related to design and use of interactive web applications.
